Burnaby Stewardship
Update: Our 2025 Burnaby Stewardship season is now complete. Please check back in 2026 for more stewardship events.
Help protect and restore Burnaby's beautiful parks! Volunteers are needed to remove invasive species and plant native trees. Events are free and open to families, youth, and all community members. Participants do not need to be City of Burnaby residents.
No experience is necessary. Events are led by experts at the Invasive Species Council of Metro Vancouver who will provide instruction, gloves, all the required tools, and refreshments.
Our stewardship events in 2025 were held at Central Park, Burnaby Mountain, and Deer Lake Park.
