Regional Invasive Species Organizations

The ISCMV is one of many Regional Invasive Species Committees across British Columbia. Committee activities vary from on-the-ground management of invasive plants and/or species, community outreach and stewardship events, and working with the public, government, and stakeholders to achieve their unique missions and objectives.

Though our management area is the smallest geographically, we have over half of British Columbia's population residing within it.

For information about another area please contact your regional committee. Check here for a list and map of all the regional invasive species organizations in BC. Regional districts may also provide useful information, and many across BC are developing programs and initiatives for invasive species management and control options for the public.
