Earth Day - Stanley Park, Vancouver
April 18, 2026 from 10:30am to 4:00pm
Celebrate Earth Day at Stanley Park!
This April, join Stanley Park Ecology for a day of nature education and connecting with local ecosystems in Stanley Park! During the event day, check out our themed nature walks, educational information booths, raffle prizes, and hands-on activities to learn more about our planet and commit to taking action for the Earth. There will be a land welcome to officially open the event, delivered by Talaysay Campo of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Shíshálh (Sechelt) Nations from Talaysay Tours. Sign up above for event reminders but also drop by the event hub and outreach tables any time during the event day, and see the event schedule below for a few activities that you can register for ahead of time!
While Earth Day is on April 22, we’ll come together on April 18 to celebrate. Join us to take part in the event activities:
- Land Welcome from Talaysay Campo
- Forest trees and plant walk!
- Intertidal wonder exploration!
- Talaysay Tours Love the Land walk!
- Family-friendly activities!
- Raffle prizes!
- …and more!
The Invasive Species Council of Metro Vancouver will be on hand to provide education on invasive species in our region.
