Introduction to Invasive Species in Metro Vancouver

Did you know that there could be invasive species growing in your garden or near your home?

Join a special introduction to invasive species presentation on Monday, January 15, 2024. It will be held at the Pitt Meadows Heritage Church Hall on the corner of Harris Road and Ford Road in Pitt Meadows.

Invasive species expert and former ISCMV Executive Director, Tasha Murray, will be leading this special presentation for the Pitt Meadows Garden Club.  All members from the public are welcome to attend this free event. Tasha will be making a PowerPoint presentation featuring photos of invasive species that are commonly found in Metro Vancouver. Learn how to identify and remove invasive plants.

Doors open at 6:45 pm; meeting starts at 7 pm.
