Ready, Set, Pull! - Oct 2023

Autumn is fast approaching and the City of Delta is inviting everyone who lives, works or plays in our city to volunteer for our Ready, Set, Pull events! Amazing progress has been made and we hope to continue the trend.

This event will be held from 10am-12:30pm at the Winskill Park. Snacks, gloves, equipment, and training will be provided. So, even if you have never done a weed pull before, you are more than welcome to come! Delta will also be offering prizes to those who come out for more than one event.

Community weed pulls are an awesome way for you to learn about our natural ecosystems and take an active role in their protection. High school students: participation counts as part of your volunteer work hours!
